Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any of Peiec International and Anandi Sano events, online coureses, seminars, workshops which are conducted or promoted by Peiec International. These terms and conditions are relevant to all Peiec International events and seminars.
If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Seminar, Event or Workshop.
Peiec International and Anandi SAno requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, Workshop, or Event.
Peiec International Anandi Sano reserves the right to ask a participant and/or their guests to leave the Seminar, Workshop, retreat or Event immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, fees for the Seminar, Workshop, or Event will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
While we take every possible measure to ensure a Participants/Attendees safety at a Seminar, Workshop, or Event, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Participants/Attendees are legally responsible for their safety and behaviour.
You, the participant, agree to release not to attempt to hold,Peiec International, Anandi Sano,presenters, speakers, or the promoters of the Seminar, Retreat,Workshop or Event, from any and all liability for loss of or damage to my personal property, and for any and all illness or injury claims, that may result or occur during my attendance at the Seminar, Workshop or Event.
Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice
The information presented at the Seminar, Workshop or Event, by Peiec International, Anandi Sano, facilitators, presenters or guest speakers, or any third-party through the Seminar or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services and advice of trained professionals in any field. Information presented at the Seminar, Workshop or Event should not be confused as such advice.
Peiec International, Anandi Sano , facilitators, presenters nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the participant or the Participants/Attendees business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Seminar, Workshop or Event or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Seminar, Workshop or Event or any products or services provided pursuant to the Seminar, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You, the Participant/Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in our Seminar, Workshop or Event, you agree not to attempt to hold us, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in a Seminar, Workshop or Event at any time, under any circumstance.
Making decisions based on any information presented in our products, events, services, or web site, should be done only with the knowledge that you could experience risk or losses just like any entrepreneurial endeavour. Always consult your doctor, accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Participants/Attendees hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Seminar, Worksop or Event are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Peiec International, and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, summarise, teach or train from the materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Peiec International, . Any unauthorised use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
Audio/Visual Rules and Release
Participants/Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Seminar, Workshop, Course, Online memebership or course or Event. No recording devices, photography or videography is allowed.
At times we may record or in video and/ or capture in still digital photographs, the Seminar, Workshop or Event. Please be advised that Peiec International, owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during the Seminar, Workshop or Event.
Please do not register yourself, or a guest, unless you are absolutely 100% sure and committed to attending.
On all Seminars, Workshops, Online Courses, Retreats and Events, an administration processing fee of $150 is included in the cost. This administration processing fee is non-refundable or transferrable, and will not be refunded on any cancellation, under any circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your registration and are requesting a refund please contact Peiec international, using the contact details below.
Cancellations made within and up to 8 weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within and up to 6 weeks prior to the event will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations made within less than 5 weeks are non-refundable.
There is no refund policy on no shows. Event fees are not transferable to another event.
While this policy may appear a little harsh, a lot of time, effort, resources and costs are associated with running a Seminar, Retreat,Workshop, Event. In registering for a Seminar, Workshop, Event, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
We believe in honesty and transparency, that is why we include the disclaimers and terms and conditions on our Sites.

If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your retreat, there are a few options available:
Up to 5 months before the retreat date: A full refund will be provided less a $299 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and all monies will be returned to your method of payment. We are not responsible for payments made to third parties such as airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.
4 months before the retreat date: A full refund will be provided less a $299 administrative fee if one of the following two circumstances are satisfied within 30 business days of cancellation: (1) The retreat holder is able to find his/her own replacement for the exact dates for which the retreat holder was scheduled and said replacement confirms his/her attendance or (2) Anandi Sano is able to find an individual to replace the retreat holder and he/she confirms attendance with a minimum 50% deposit.
3 months or less before the retreat date: No refunds will be provided. No exceptions will be made.
Please keep in mind that a “refund” refers to the retreat fee, not to any expenses incurred outside the retreat. You assume the risks associated with traveling to an international retreat, such as flight delays, missed connections, and hotel accommodations.
We try our very best to accommodate your needs once a retreat is booked, but there are a lot of moving parts to a successful retreat (like hotel, travel, on-the-ground transport) that we cannot be held liable for, should you choose to cancel the retreat.
What’s Not Included
The base daily fee does not include flights, tourist activities, or any hotels and meals outside of the official retreat dates, flights and on-the-ground transportation needs outside the retreat dates.
Risks Assumed By Client
Although our team assists with trip planning and logistics, we are not responsible for any issues or costs arising from the activity of traveling, such as delayed flights, missed connections or lost luggage. In the event that a flight is delayed or missed, the client assumes responsibility for any lost retreat days.
Compensation for travel issues can be taken up with each individual airline but it is the responsibility of the client to seek fair compensation for any losses with the airlines themselves.
