The Foundation introduces you to the foundational techniques of peiec®, an original body of work developed by Anandi Sano. Over three months, you’ll begin applying the work to yourself, learning through direct experience and discovering what you can bring into ordinary life.

What Makes The Foundation Different?
peiec® is an original body of work that emerged through Anandi’s direct experience and teaching. It involves the body, energy, touch, perception, space and stillness, with more than 200 techniques and applications across the wider work.
But learning the techniques is only part of the story. In peiec®, the person applying the work also has the opportunity to develop. As you practise and your perception becomes more refined, you may begin noticing things you hadn’t previously recognised.
The Foundation begins with you. Rather than learning techniques solely to apply to others, you’ll first explore them through your own body, energy and direct experience.

How It Works
1. Enrol and Begin Immediately
Access your course materials and first lessons as soon as you enrol. The Foundation is entirely online, so you can participate wherever you live.
2. Learn and Practise at Your Own Pace
Lessons are released progressively during your first week, giving you time to explore each part before moving on.
3. Start With Yourself
Learn the foundational peiec® techniques and begin exploring your body, energy and layers of self through direct practice.
4. Progress to Working With Another
As you continue, you’ll have opportunities to practise selected techniques with a willing person or animal.
5. Join Monthly Live Sessions With Krystle
Bring your observations, questions or anything you’re finding difficult to understand. You don’t need to know what you’re supposed to feel. Learning to observe is part of the process.
Practical Enough to Use. Deep Enough to Keep Unfolding.
You may begin The Foundation because you want something practical to use when your body feels unsettled, tension arises or you notice something affecting you in everyday life.
As you continue practising, you may also become curious about what else you can perceive and how your experience of yourself might develop. What initially seems like a simple technique may reveal something different as the person applying it changes.
What You Learn Is Yours to Keep
The Foundation stands on its own. You can complete these three months and continue using what you’ve learned for yourself and those you care about, without enrolling in further education.
For those who become curious about ongoing development, The First Gate is the eight-month online entry into the wider peiec® pathway, bringing together continued teaching, practice, receiving and group participation.
There is no obligation to continue. You can simply begin with The Foundation and discover what the work means for you.

Krystle has walked beside Anandi since 2016 and is her most senior student.
She facilitates the monthly Foundation sessions and understands that learning peiec® isn’t about having the right answer.

Your access begins immediately after enrolment and ends after three months, including access to the coursework and live Foundation sessions.
Your ability to use what you have learned does not.
You can continue practising and using the techniques in your own life, for yourself and, where appropriate, with willing people and animals you care about.

Frequently asked Questions
Do I need to complete this before applying for the First Gate?
The Foundation material is already included at the beginning of The First Gate. If you know you want the eight-month pathway, you can apply directly without purchasing The Foundation separately.
Do I need experience to begin?
No. These are the foundations. What’s assumed is that you can already perceive subtle energetic movement in your own body and hands.
How is it taught?
Anandi teaches and demonstrates the material through the online learning platform. You can return to the lessons and demonstrations throughout your three-month access period.
You will also have one live group webinar with Krystle each month to support questions arising from your practice.
What happens after three months?
Access to the platform and the group webinars ends. Many students continue practising well beyond that – the practices are yours once you’ve learned them.
Are refunds available?
No. Access is granted immediately upon payment, and no refunds, credits or transfers are offered – including where you change your mind, find the programme isn’t suitable, or are unable to complete it. These terms apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions when you purchase The Foundation
Does this lead into the First Gate?
For some students, yes. Studying these foundations gives you a clear sense of whether that’s a step you want to take.
Is there support if I get stuck?
Bring questions to the monthly session with Krystle, or book a private mentoring session by appointment.
I'm outside Australia. What will I actually pay?
The price is set in Australian dollars. Your bank converts at the rate on the day of conversion.
Are payment plans or scholarships available?
No. If $697 isn’t manageable right now, Anandi’s YouTube channel is freely available, and this will still be here later.
